This Petition filed under Section 482 of crl Procedure code praying to call for the records relating to the proceedings in cc.No. No.104 of 2016, on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate,Bodinayakkanur against the petitioner and quash the same.

ORDER :

This petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this Court, and the requisition letter of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Theni vide in letter D.No.1843/2018 dated.30.10.2018 appeared of S.Muthukrishnan Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S. Prabhu Ramachandran Government Advocate (Crl.Side) Advocate for the respondent, this Court made the following order:- By order dated 05.07.2018, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the criminal original petition pending on his file, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of order.

2.The Court below has submitted a letter, dated 30.10.2018, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further two months time to comply with the order dated 05.07.2018 3.There is no objection on the side of the petitioner in extending the time limit.
