This contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order, dated 24.03.2023, made in W.P.(MD) No.6462 of 2023.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the order and directions issued by this Court have been complied with and to that effect he has also produced a copy of G.O.(Ms) No.83, Natural Resources (MME.2) Department, dated 18.07.2024, before this Court.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has not disputed the above submission of the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.
