O.P.No. 10233 of 2019 dated on 22/07/2019 and permitted the petitioner to report before the All Women Police Station. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in CRL OP(MD) No.10233 of 2019.

CRL MP(MD). No.7130 of 2019 court in CRL OP(MD) No.10233 of 2019 on 22/07/2019 regularly, and he prays to modify the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has complied with the condition for the past 11 days.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly and there is no complaint of the petitioners tampering with the witnesses, the condition imposed by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.10233 of 2019 on 22/07/2019 is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall report before the respondent as and when required for interrogation.
