ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and workers to put up fencing around the petitioner's land that comprised in survey No.213/1A situating at Periyapillaivalasai Village, Shengottai Taluk, Thenkasi District, in compliance with the recommendation made by the Tahsildar of Sengottai Taluk, dated 17.06.2021 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent and the same is still pending.

Crl.O.P(MD)No.14455 of 2021 3.Considering the above, second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint after issuing notice to the petitioner, conduct enquiry and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
