ORDER

The writ petition has been filed for a direction, directing the second respondent to grant patta in respect of petitioner's land in Sy.No.631/1A, to an extent of 2199.50 sq.ft situated at Kottaiyur Group, Nachiyappa Nagar, Karaikudi Taluk, Sivagangai District, by considering the representation dated 07.03.2016.

According to the petitioner, she purchased a property to an extent of of 2199.50 sq.ft at Kottaiyur Group, Nachiyappa Nagar, Karaikudi Taluk, Sivagangai District. Subsequently, she applied for patta before the second respondent on 07.03.2016. Sofar, the second respondent did not pass any order. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Mr.R.Anandharaj, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents, would submit that the petitioner's application dated 07.03.2016 will be considered by the second respondent, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the fact that the petitioner's application is pending from 07.03.2016, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application and pass orders on merits and in accordance with Law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
