ORDER

The writ petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents to survey the land in Natham Sy.No.265/3, 4 and 22 of Malligaipatti Village, Marungapuri Taluk, Trichy District within a time frame fixed by this Court, on the basis of the petitioner's representations dated 11.05.2016 and 25.10.2016.

According to the petitioner, the lands in Sy.Nos.265/3 (stands in his name), 265/4, (stands in his mother's name), 265/22 (stands in his daughter's name), situate in Malligaipatti Village, Marungapurai Taluk, Trichy District. He filed an application before the first respondent to measure the properties and also paid necessary fees on 25.10.2016. Sofar no https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

action has been taken. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents, would submit that the respondents would conduct survey of petitioner's lands within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.Considering the fact that the petitioner had already filed an application and it is pending, the first and second respondents are directed to conduct survey of petitioner's lands, after issuing notice to the petitioner and other neighbouring land owners, on merits, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, with reference to the revenue documents.

5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
