ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court with a grievance that the respondent police are harassing her under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint of the 4th respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side), who takes notice for the respondent police submits that based on the complaint of the 4th respondent they have registered a case in Crime No.19 of 2025 on 24.06.2025 for the offence under Sections 406, 420 and 120(B) IPC as against the petitioner.

3.Since it is reported that a case is registered as against the petitioner, she has to work out her remedy in the manner known to law. Accordingly this criminal original petition is closed. 26.06.2025 DSK 2/4
