ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.17368 of 2025 in Crl.A. (MD)No.1226 of 2025 dated 30.03.2026, in and by which, the petitioner was directed to stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, C-1, Flower Bazaar Police Station, Chennai, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner has complied with the condition for nearly 61 days.
3. Since it is reported that the petitioner has complied with the condition for nearly 61 days, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.17368 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.1226 of 2025 dated 30.03.2026 directing him to report before the Inspector of Police, C-1, Flower Bazaar Police Station, Chennai, daily at 10.30 a.m., alone is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial 2/4
Court once in a month, i.e. on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m. till the disposal of the appeal. The other condition that the petitioner shall stay away from the occurrence village and shall not disturb the victim and her family members, shall remain intact.
