ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 1, 3 and 5, to survey the petitioner's property in Survey No. 236/12A2B with an extent of 0.1.50 Ares situated at Seelnaickenpatti Village, Peraiyur Taluk, Madurai District, by considering his representation dated 21.04.2025, within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the arguments of Mr.K.Anbumanikandan Tamilsooriyan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1, 3 & 5 and

Mr.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate for the respondents 2 and 4.

3. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

4. It is the case of the petitioner that the subject property was settled in favour of the petitioner under settlement deed dated 23.08.2022. The petitioner submitted a representation dated 21.04.2025 before the third respondent, seeking survey of the property and the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has approached this Court.

5. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1, 3 and 5 would submit that the petitioner did not make a proper online application and therefore, his request has not been considered.

7. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the petitioner is directed to make proper online

application with necessary documents before the third respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the application, the respondents 3 and 5 are directed to consider the same and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of eight weeks thereafter, after issuing notice to the petitioner, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties.

8. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
