This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.10646 of 2023 on 16.06.2023 by enabling the petitioner to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Tiruvelveli instead of the respondent police.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police.
3. After hearing both sides, this Court feels that there is no reason to modify the condition, since unreasonable complaints have been raised against the respondent police by the petitioner.
