PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order bearing A.Thi.Mu.No.500/A4/19 dated 24.07.2019 passed by the third respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents herein to re-fix the pay by granting increment to the petitioner for acquiring M.Sc., and M.Ed., qualification from the date of her joining as Secondary Grade Teacher as on 01.12.1995 and to grant all consequential benefits to the petitioner.
