ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the third respondent to regularize the petitioner's service as a Driver in the time scale of pay with all attendant and monetary benefits from 01.04.2013, the initial date of appointment of the petitioner. 2.By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.

3.Though the petitioner has sought for a larger relief in the present writ petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner dated 25.03.2019 is directed to be considered by the third respondent, in the light of the order passed by this Court in WP(MD)Nos.3444 of 2017 batch, dated 14.06.2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

2 W.P(MD)No.17462 of 2019 4.The learned Standing Counsel for the third respondent, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's representation will be considered on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5.In view of the aforesaid submissions made on either side, and considering the limited scope of the prayer now sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.03.2019 in the light of the order passed by this Court in WP(MD) Nos.3444 of 2017 batch, dated 14.06.2019 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
