278 of 2021 and to fix the time frame to be completed within the stipulated time as framed by this court ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for hearing on this day under the caption "For Extension of Time" and upon perusing the earlier Order of this Court dated 23.09.2021 and requisition letter submitted by the Additional District Judge II ADDL.SPECIAL COURT for NDPS Act Cases, Madurai (FAC) vide letter in D.No.97/2022, dated 21/04/2022, this court made the following order: This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in C.C.No.278 of 2021. 2.This Court, by order, dated 23.09.2021 directed the Court below to dispose of the case in C.C.No.278 of 2021 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

Now the Court below seeks further three months time to dispose of the said case.
