ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct second respondent to give adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner on the basis of his representation to the firs respondent dated 30.07.2022

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the on receipt of representation from the petitioner, CSR No.210 of 2022 was issued and enquiry is pending. Further there is dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4 with regard to the sale of property and the respondents 3 and 4 are pressing for sale of property for low price and now they have compromised the matter.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.07.2022 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
