ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take action against the third respondent for illegally disconnecting the Petitioner's signal violation of the cable TV Regulation Act and to ensure that the signal is restored and not disconnected by the third respondent in future, based on the representation of the Petitioner, dated 1.8.2022. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the Writ Petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 01.08.2022, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the fourth 2/4

respondent and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
