Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SAMY.K.K., Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11754 of 2022 on 01.07.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

CRL MP(MD) No.9224 of 2022 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and the investigation is still pending.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.11754 of 2022 on 01.07.2022 is relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in 15 days at about 10.30 am., until further orders.
