The learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, made a submission that during the pendency of this Writ Petition, the writ petitioner, working as Nurse, was re-posted to the Sankarankovil Government Hospital where from she was transferred. The re-posting was done by the authorities on 16.12.2021. Thus, the prayer sought for in this writ petition become infructuous. 2.In view of the above submission, this writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous. No costs. consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
