ORDER : The petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 23.03.2021 and the requisition letter of the Additional District Judge, II Additional Special Court for NDPS Act Cases, Madurai(FAC) vide letter in D.No. 300/2021, dated 03/09/2021 and this court made the following order: This case has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in C.C.No.27 of 2020. 2.This Court already dismissed the Criminal Original Petition by order dated 23.03.2021 and directed the trial Court to dispose of the case in C.C.No.27 of 2020 on the file of the learned II Additional Special Court for NDPS Act Cases, Madurai,, within 30.06.2021. Thereafter, it was extended. Now the learned Sessions Judge requests further time to dispose of the said case. 3.

Considering the reasons assigned by the learned Sessions Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, fifteen days time is granted for disposing C.C.No.27 of 2020 and the learned II Additional Special Court for NDPS Act Cases, Madurai,, is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.
