This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner in the capacity of shareholder for directing the first respondent to hold enquiry on the affairs of the Company.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is no longer the shareholder of the Company.
