ORDER

The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 23.04.2024 passed in WP(MD)No.9706 of 2024.

2. It is now brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the contemnor that the State has filed an appeal in WA(MD)No.1621 of 2024 and the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court, by order dated 24.09.2024, has passed an interim order, thereby modifying the final orders passed by this Court in the writ petition.

3. In view of the aforesaid fact, this contempt petition is closed with liberty to the writ petitioner to pursue her remedy before the Hon'ble Division Bench.
