ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take action against the respondents 3 and 4 by considering the petitioner representation dated 22.04.2026, conduct enquiry and act in accordance with law.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had sent a representation seeking action against the third and fourth respondent, who had trespassed into the petitioner's property unlawfully and damaged the compound wall. When the same was questioned by the petitioner, they have abused the petitioner in filthy language and intimidated her with dire consequences. However, no proper action was taken, and therefore, this petition was filed.
3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials before this Court. Since no adverse order is proposed to be passed against the third and fourth respondents, notice to them is dispensed with.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the second respondent police is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.04.2026 and conduct an enquiry in this regard, after issuing summons to the parties concerned, under Section 64 of the BNSS, and conclude the same, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
