Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents.

2. The petitioner states that an error had occurred in the petition mentioned FMB and this affects her rights. To correct the same, she has given a representation dated 21.05.2022.

3. The fourth respondent is the authority competent to effect the correction. Therefore, the fourth respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry and pass order on the 2/4

3 W.P.(MD)NO.17564 OF 2022 mentioned representation within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The fourth respondent shall put the sixth respondent and other interested persons on notice before passing final order. The fourth respondent shall take into account all the relevant records.

4. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the fourth respondent to pass order one way or the other. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
