O R D E R

The Petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to survey the Petitioner's properties in S.Nos.9B/13 and 9B/15 with an extent of 0.12.00 hectares respectively situated at Palamputhur Village, Orathanadu Taluk, Thanjavur District by considering the Petitioner's application.

2.Mrs.S.Jeya Priya, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) takes notice for the third respondent. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.It is the case of the Petitioner that the subject property is her ancestral property and the patta for the subject property stands in the name of the Petitioner and her daughter Praveena in Patta No.1385.The Petitioner submitted an online application on 9.6.2025 in Application No. 2025/0123/21/009218 seeking survey of the property. The same has not been considered till date. Hence the Petitioner has come before this Court with the present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra. 4.Mrs.S.Jeya Priya, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the online application submitted by the Petitioner on 9.6.2025 will be considered in accordance with law, within the time stipulated by this Court. 5.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the online application submitted by the Petitioner on 09.06.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits after issuing notice to the Petitioner, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties, if any, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
