ORDER:- This Civil Miscellaneous Petition coming upon for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T. Selvakumaran, Advocate for the Petitioner, this Court made the following order:

The above petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 372 days in representing the appeal, challenging the award dated 10.07.2023 passed in M.C.O.P.No.145 of 2018 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / Special Sub Court dealing with MCOP cases, Tirunelveli.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the delay is condoned with a condition to the petitioner to pay the cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the Women Lawyers Association attached to the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed 2/4

automatically without any further reference to Court. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
