ORDER
The petitioner got married to one Ramisha in the year 2014. A child was born in the year 2015. The petitioner is employed abroad. It appears that the relationship between the petitioner and his wife has come under strain. The petitioner's wife has given a dowry complaint against the petitioner leading to registration of Crime No.22 of 2019 on the file of the All Women Police Station, Nagercoil. The petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail. In the meanwhile, a lookout circular has been issued at the instance of the police. As a result, the petitioner is unable to travel to Saudi Arabia for renewing his VISA. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2.It is seen that the petitioner is having roots only in India. There is no possibility of his running away from the long arm of justice. The petitioner through his counsel undertakes that he will cooperate with the investigation and also in the conduct of the trial if the enquiry fructifies in the form of final report.
3.Recording the said undertaking, this Court directs the respondents to recall the lookout circular issued against the petitioner in respect of the petition mentioned criminal case. This writ petition stands allowed accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
