O R D E R
The petitioner herein, who worked as a Headmaster of TDTA Primary School and retired on 30.09.2005, had given representations to the respondents on various dates seeking to them to disburse his pension, gratuity amount, provident fund, teacher provident fund, special provident fund and all other monetary benefits to him. Since the said representations were not considered, the present writ petition has been filed.
2. It is learnt that the first respondent vide proceedings dated 04.06.2024 had insisted the Commissioner, CPS Cell @ Government Data Centre, Integrated Office Complex for Finance Department to look into the matter and arrange to settle the teacher provident fund and special provident fund accounts of the petitioner.
3. So far as the petitioner's claim for special provident fund and teachers provident fund settlement is concerned, he is at liberty to get 3/6
information from the first respondent about the response they received from the Commissioner, CPS Cell @ Government Data Centre, Integrated Office Complex for Finance Department in pursuant to their letter dated 04.06.2024.
4. With regard to the petitioner's other claim of retiral benefits life gratuity, pension etc., it is for the respondents 7 and 8 to consider the representation of the petitioner and send a proposal to the concerned authorities if the petitioner is eligible to get those benefits and keep the petitioner informed about the action, if any, taken by them. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
