Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The dispute between the parties appears to be civil in nature. The petitioner had already filed a suit. The petitioner has to work out his rights before the jurisdictional civil Court. Unless the petitioner has obtained any enforceable order or decree of the civil Court, the question of invoking jurisdiction under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. will not arise at all.

3. With this observation and liberty to the petitioner, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
