ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry, on the basis of the complaint given by the 4th respondent herein. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that based upon the complaint given by the 4th respondent herein, enquiry was undertaken in C.No.1812/PG/Camp/DCPL&O/MC/2021 and during the course of enquiry, it was found that it is a civil dispute between the parties involving money transaction. On the basis of the statement given by the petitioner and the 4th respondent herein, it was closed by referring the parties to the civil proceedings on 20.09.2021.
