This contempt petition is filed that the order of this Court in WP(MD) No.29701 of 2024, dated 10.12.2024 has not been complied with.

2.This Court, while disposing of WP(MD) No.29701 of 2024, by its order, dated 10.12.2024 has issued the following direction:- ''6.It appears that the petitioner has made serious allegations in his representation, dated 29.08.2024 that the Principal and the Professor of Ramasamy Tamil College, Karaikudi have taken the remuneration of this petitioner by forging his signature. It is reported that the second respondent has already commenced an enquiry with regard to the allegations made. Since the representation of this petitioner, dated 29.08.2024 is acted upon, this writ petition is closed with a direction to the second respondent to conclude the enquiry, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.'' Now the petitioner has approached this Court that the above direction has not been complied with by the respondent
3. Mr.F.Deepak, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondent/contemnor submits that the Joint Director of Collegiate Education, Madurai has conducted an enquiry as directed by this Court and has also submitted a report. A copy of Proceedings in Na.Ka.No.15157/Oo3/2023, dated 27.02.2025 is placed before this Court and also furnished to the petitioner. 2/4
4.The learned counsel for the petitioner claims that the enquiry has not been conducted in a proper manner. 5.Since it is reported that the order of this Court has been complied with by conducting an enquiry and the report of the Joint Director, Collegiate Education, Madurai, vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.15157/Oo3/2023, dated 27.02.2025 has also been furnished to the petitioner's counsel, this contempt petition is closed. In the event, if the petitioner is still having grievance with regard to the manner, in which, the enquiry has been conducted, it is always open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
