PRAYER :- To grant bail to the petitioner/accused no.2 concerned in S.C.No.112/2022 in Crime No.35 of 2022 on the file of the Fast Track Mahila Court,Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur and thus render justice ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A2, who was arrested on 13.02.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 307 of IPC altered into Sections 498(A), 114, 302 of IPC, in Crime No.35 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks interim bail. 1/3
2.On 26.07.2023, interim bail was granted to the petitioner for a period of five days with a direction to surrender before the Prison authority on 30.07.2023 and the compliance was directed to be reported before this Court. 3.Now the counsel on both sides submitted that after expiry of the interim bail, the petitioner surrendered before the prison authority as directed by this Court. 4.Compliance was Recorded.
