This Petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to file final report in Crime No. 477 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent police station within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner reiterated the contentions set out in the original petition.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would state that totally there are six accused in this case. 5. Recording the aforesaid submission, the second respondent police is directed to file final report in Crime No. 477 of 2015, within a period of Two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
