ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused herein, who apprehends arrest at the hand of the respondent for the alleged offence under Sections 395, 397 IPC, in Crime No.Not known, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of complaint given by one Muthu Vellaisamy enquiry was conducted. During the enquiry some understandings has been reached between the parties. The petitioner himself admitted that he had misappropriated a sum of Rs.1,91,512/- and agreed to pay the same in instalment basis. The said undertaking was given as early in the year 2022. At that time he had also paid Rs.60,000/- and he was not in a position to pay the remaining amount.

3.The petitioner had given an undertaking to pay the remaining amount during the year 2022. Now one year period lapsed. In view of the above, let the respondent conduct an enquiry and conclude the same within a period of 15 days, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. At this stage, there is no question of release the petitioner on anticipatory bail. 4.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
