ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble P.velmurugan J.) This petition is filed to condone the delay of 146 days in filing the appeal.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay is condoned. However, the petitioner is directed to deposit 50% of the award amount to the credit of MCOP No.168 of 2019 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribuanl, Additional District Court, Karur within a period of four weeks from today, failing to deposit the said amount, the application shall stand automatically dismissed without further reference to this Court.
