Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SHEIK ABDULLAH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.EROTTUCHAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time to the petitioners are appearance between the learned Additional Mahila Court (Judicial Magistrate Level) Madurai in Crl.O.P(MD)No.3802 of 2020, dated 13.03.2020.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that this Court by an order dated 13.03.2020 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners but to due to Covid-19 pandemic situation they are unable to arrange sureties hence seeks time. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Though the petitioners stated that due to Covid-19 pandemic situation they are unable to produce sureties for the past eight months they have taken any steps to file extension petition, hence this Court is not inclined to grant further time for producing sureties.

4. Hence the petition stands dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition.
