ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Family Court, Madurai District, to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.55 of 2023 pending on the file of the Family Court, Madurai, within time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

2. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court may issue a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.55 of 2023 pending on the file of the Family Court, Madurai within a reasonable time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4. In such view of the matter, this Court is of the considered opinion that without going into the merits of the case, it would be suffice to issue a direction to the Family Court, Madurai to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.55 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible as per seniority of the case.
