ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed by the petitioner to call for the records in Crime No.201 of 2017 of Pattukottai Town Police Station, Tanjavur District and quash the same.

2. The petitioner is the first accused in Crime No.201 of 2017 of Pudukottai police Station, Tanjavur District. Subsequently, it was transferred to CBCID, Thanjavur in Crime No.4 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 403, 406, 420 and 120(B) IPC.

3. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side), on instructions, would contend that after conducting investigation, the police filed a referred charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvaiyaru, and the protest petition filed by the defacto complainant in 2/4

Crl.M.P.No.3398 of 2022 was also dismissed by the learned Judicial Magistrate. A revision against the said order was filed by the defacto complainant in Crl.R.C(MD)No.174 of 2023 which was dismissed on 31.03.2023.
