This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the second respondent police to comply with the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul in Cr.M.P.No.45 of 2022, dated 27.01.2022 and register the case based on the complaint dated 17.12.2021 and investigate into the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that on receiving the compliant from the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul in Cr.M.P.No.45 of 2022, dated 27.01.2022, the case has been investigated by the respondent police and the investigation found that no document has been registered before the Sub Register office. Further, the third accused viz., Doctor stated that he should not identified the parties before giving the life certificate as they wear Corona Mask. In these circumstances, no further action is required and report also filed. 2/4

3. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the trial Court regarding by the closure report of the respondent police.
