ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct R1 to R3 herein to provide adequate Police Protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and also her house property on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner on 02.08.2022

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the on receipt of complaint from the petitioner, CSR no.1137 of 2022 was issued and enquiry is pending. According to the complaint, the petitioner borrowed loan from the fourth and fifth respondents and in pursuance to the said loan transaction there is dispute between them.

3. In view of the same, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.08.2022 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
