2.The petitioner is permitted to submit a fresh application for being provide electricity for the petition mentioned premises. As and when such application is filed, the same is received and the respondent is directed to consider the same and give disposal as per law within a period of three weeks thereafter.

3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
