O.Mu.No.6621/A3/2013 dated 26.11.2013, quash the same and further direct the 3rd and 4th respondents to approve forthwith the appointment of S.Justin Chinnathambi as B.T.Assistant in English in the petitioner's school with effect from the date of his appointment, i.e.23.07.2009 and to disburse the grant-in-aid towards his salary and other attendant benefits.

O R D E R

Alleging disobedience of the order of this Court made in W.P (MD)No.14886 of 2015, dated 27.02.2017, the petitioner is before this Court with the present contempt petition, praying to punish the respondents.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader that as against the order of this Court, dated 27.02.2017, a Writ Appeal has been preferred and the same is pending.

3. In the light of the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this Contempt Petition stands closed. It is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy based on the outcome of the Writ Appeal. No costs.
