PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 482 of BNSS PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No. 346 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners /Accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 25.06.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 353 I.P.C r/w. Section 3

(1) of Tamil Nadu Prevention of Damages and Loss Act, 1992 and Section 3 of Tamil Nadu Medicare Service Persons and Medicare Service Institutions Prevention of Violence and Damage or Loss to the property Act, 2008, in crime No.346 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 25.06.2024, due to wordy quarrel, the petitioners are said to have assaulted the defacto complainant and caused injuries . Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that the petitioners are in judicial custody from 25.06.2024, hence they may be released on bail.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that it is a case and 2/3

counter and the injured still in hospital and the investigation is yet to be completed. Hence, he strongly opposed to grant bail.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the injured is still in hospital, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
