Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to revise the scale of salary of the Petitioner as Senior Grade Driver at State Express Transport Corporation Tamil Nadu Limited, Kanyakumari Depot in Staff No. 5517 from September 2008 to till date and thus render justice.
