Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.VIVEK KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.KR.BHARATHIKANNAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12864 of 2020, dated 11.11.2020.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12864 of 2020, dated 11.11.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) each with two https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.6751 of 2020 blood related sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Thirumangalam. 4.Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
