Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.43186/B3/2016 on the file of the second respondent dated 31.08.2016 and quash the same as illegal and consequently, for a direction, directing the second respondent to transfer the ownership of the Mahindra Bolero ZLX ACPS WD TSTR vehicle bearing Registration No.TN-58-AD-8469 in the name of the petitioner and to cancel the hypothecation in accordance with Section 50(2)(b) of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 within the time stipulated by this Court.
