This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.08.2020 & 10.11.2020.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner reiterated the contention raised in the petition and submitted that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's complaint, dated 27.08.2020 & 10.11.2020.
3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the complaint of the petitioner dated 27.08.2020 & 10.11.2020 will be considered at the earliest.
4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

W.P.(MD) No.18740 of 2020 5.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, without going into the merits of the case, the respondent police is directed to consider and take appropriate action against the petitioner's complaints dated 27.08.2020 & 10.11.2020 after giving opportunity to the other side and also by following the principles laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in D.K.Basu Vs. State of West Bengal reported in AIR (1997) SC 610. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order 6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
