(MD) No. 7337 of 2021 dated 17.06.2021 as to they shall produce two sureites each for a like sum of the sastifaction of the Magistrate.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.ARUNRAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking modify the condition in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7337 of 2021, dated 17.06.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that due to the pandemic situation, the petitioners could not arrange the sureties in time, hence he seeks modification of the condition.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is allowed and the petitioners are directed to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each with one surety each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the Magistrate concerned.

5. The petition is ordered accordingly.
