the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 133, 115(2) and 351(3) of BNS, in Crime No.213 of 2026, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Counsel appearing for the State would submit that the offences involved in this case are bailable offences. However, after investigation the FIR has been closed as Mistake of Fact. Therefore, no question of granting anticipatory bail arise in this case. 3.Recording the above said submissions this petitioner stands closed as no further order is required to be passed in this case.
