O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed for a writ of Mandamus forbearing the second respondent from interfering with the civil dispute in respect of pending suit in O.S.No.29/14 on the file of the District Court, Trichy.

2. Today, Mr.S.Dhanapal, the Sub Inspector of Police, K.K.Nagar, Trichy is present. On instructions, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that on the complaint given by the third respondent against the petitioner, the second respondent called the petitioner for enquiry and the petitioner also attended the enquiry. Pleader further submitted that the enquiry has been closed on the ground that the issue is sub judiced in O.S.No.29 of 2014 on the file of the District Court, Trichy. He also submitted that the police will not unnecessarily interfere unless the commission of cognizable offence.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
