Crl.M.P.(MD)No.9448 of 2022 3.The above submission is admitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police. 4.Considering the above, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.5588 of 2022 in Crl.A.(MD)No.533 of 2021, dated 19.05.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court, once in a month i.e., on first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal.
