After arguing the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this writ petition preserving liberty to approach the jurisdictional civil Court seeking appropriate relief. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission is granted. 2.Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn preserving liberty as sought for.
3.There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
